Ingredients

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 1/2 teaspoon green cardamom seed coarsely powder (ilaichi)
1/2 cup unsalted butter (8 tablespoons or 4oz)

About 2 tablespoons of milk or as needed

    I made it.. It turned out good .. but it cooked only in 12 min. If I haven’t seen it ,It might get burned … I think time varies according to different oven .. anyways thank you so much ..I am a fan of you ..

    Thank you manjula for this recipe. I love it. Do you think it will work with pecans or pistachios?
    I use a different recipe for my almond cookies. It contains egg but it is flourless. I grind the almonds into a powder, add sugar, baking powder and egg. They are soft out of the oven but after a day they are crunchy like biscuit. I like it too but I do not like too much egg, so your recipe is a perfect alternative. Thank you again.

    if your oven only goes up to 250 it means it is 250C (celcius)
    360F = 182.2C
