		<description>Bread is made up of wheat.  Wheat comes with a shell around it.  In white bread, you take the shell off.  In 100% whole wheat bread, you leave it on.  If it&#039;s just called &quot;whole wheat&quot; or &quot;whole grain&quot; then some of the shells are removed and some are not.  

The shell is healthy because it has fiber and vitamins.  The shell is a lot like the skin of an apple.  You know how people always say you should eat the skin because it&#039;s the healthiest part?

i have an expiriment for you!

1.put white on a plat and wheat on a diferent plate
2.then lightly pour a water over each piece
3.wait a min or 2
