Recommendations for a good whole wheat pasta to give to 9 month old baby?

My 9 month old baby enjoys soft mushy foods, and wants to feed herself. She’s good at feeding herself cheerios and bread. What’s a good whole wheat pasta that she can feed herself? Spaghetti in pieces is too slippery, couscous gets too messy unless it stays in chunks. Need a brand and size that’s available at No Frills or Metro in North York.

Rotini — very easy to grab. Plenty of brands of whole wheat rotini out there; Catelli’s is quite edible, if this is North York, Ontario.

  2. There’s a brand called Heartland-They make pasta in shapes like Disney Cars and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. It’s whole wheat and meant for kids. My oldest child loves the shapes, and it’s the perfect size for finger food for a younger child. I don’t add sauce, I just toss it with some diced, steamed green pepper. I know they sell it at Super Target (if you have those), and I’m sure at other grocery stores as well.
