		<description>Make sure it&#039;s whole wheat and if you&#039;re concerned about eating so much check the calories per slice.  I buy good whole grain bread and it&#039;s something like 90 calories per slice.  Last week all the store had in that brand was a honey wheat and it was 120 calories per slice - both good wholesome slices but the one with honey would give you an addtional 120 calories per day if you ate 4 slices.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
