SimCity 4 Tutorial: How to build Rural Highways (RHW)

This is a tutorial on how to build Rural Highways with the Rural Higway (RHW) mod. It’s not only suitable for rural areas, it works and looks great in urban areas, too.

You will have to have either SimCity 4 Rush Hour or Deluxe Edition in order to be able to do this.

The NWM will help you to get better transit and cooler cities!

The RHW can intersect with all other SimCity roads, like avenue and oneway roads. There are also S-curves, double curves, etc. This video shows you the basics on how to use the RHW.
