The question is can she fight for a loan mod due to husband passing away? Is there any wrong doing on behalf of bank? They also sold our loan multiple times to other banks. Please advise.

Your fathers estate is responsible for the debt. She can not ask for it to be forgiven because of his passing. She either keeps the house and the debt or sells the house.

I will have to call them. I’ve already google searched it under different phrases and kept coming across the bank unique number.

It sounds the same but a routing number is issued to each bank depending on its location. Go to google and search for your banks routing number. If your bank is in the US go to gregthatcher.com and click on bank routing numbers he has all US bank routing numbers by bank and branch and city and state, remember your branch may have its own routing number. If it can wait call the branch and ask for the routing number, it is also in the US the nine digit number that is before the checking account number on checks, it can also be used to receive money into a savings account.

If the track is flat and has coefficient of static friction 1.0 with the tires, then the maximum speed of the car is 28 m/s. If instead the track was frictionless but banked or inclined at an angle, what bank angle is necessary to allow uniform circular motion at 28m/s?

For a highway curve of radius r = 80 m
where the angle of bank is θ = 45 °
the maximum speed with zero friction would be vmax = 28 m/s

V max = √ r g tg θ = √ 80 * 9.8 *1 = 28m/s

c.Because rice could be grown on small farms, with minimal capital investment, South Carolina became a society of small farmers.
d.Vast areas of the interior were opened up to rice cultivation.

I have been working on this problem for over twenty minutes, help!

Rice cultivation required the use of slaves. It’s a labor intensive crop that required the contruction of rice fields and gates to allow flooding at particular periods during rice cultivation. South Carolina planters bought slaves from a particular region in Africa (I believe it was Sierra Leone) that had skill and experience in cultivating rice. Because those slaves all came from the same region, they spoke the same language (instead of being mixed with other slaves who spoke different languages), which allowed them to retain more of their culture in South Carolina than in other areas.

A "durable power of attorney" won’t help you if she’s already dead – that "power" died with her.

It would have to be a joint account with a living person who could make the withdrawal or it would have to be authorized by the court-appointed "personal representative of the estate."

As a general rule, however, the estate of a deceased person is NOT available to pay for a funeral, which is why there is funeral insurance. The children/spouse/heirs/friends have to pay for it "out of pocket", as the estate has no legal obligation to pay bills for new services that were not contracted by the decedent.

Your state law may vary. Talk to a local probate and estate administration attorney.

I know that Barclays does not have any regular branches that an average person can walk up to and use the ATM. There are only Barclay’s investment banks in the US.

In every country I have ever visited I have NEVER had a problem finding a Bank of America ATM that actually says Bank of America on it (not just a relationship with BofA). This includes Beijing and Prague.

this wasn’t a smart idea, but when I got a convenience card a few years ago, I made my code the same one as a password I use for a mobile device I have. I told someone the password to my mobile device, but they don’t know it’s the code for my bank account too. this probably wouldn’t happen (because I think I can trust them) but do you think they could rob my accounts? or would they need my convenience card to do that? and can I change the code?

This is in the top 50 rules of common sense. Never repeat NEVER use the same password twice not even for email Facebook, etc. It makes it easy for thieves/hackers to access things say your Facebook password was ur dogs name, someone hacks it. Then the same person breaks into your house and finds a safe or tries to hack bank accounts guess what the first password theyll try is? Yep, ur dogs name (hypathetically)
