Every person should look at how their behavior supports the psychopathic system. Come on, be brave people! Walking away from the system is the one thing it has NO response to.

    is this ethical? i used specific examples in my video but let’s not get lost in specifics. i made the video so America can demand that those have have the power to implement change do so. that bailout was A LOT OF MONEY. my son’s children will still be paying it off when they die. doesn’t this mean anything to anyone? get mad. get angry. and do something about this injustice. it’s not fair and only we have the power to create change in a space where it is not welcomed

    Why aren’t more ppl angry about this? If BOA was a human being, their FICO would be in the toilet. So you mean to tell me it is ok to judge Americans based on their FICO and charge usury APRs and Bank of America got bailout money at a decent rate?? How is this fair? and with ALL the ppl that are struggling, it makes sense to tell someone you don’t have sufficient income to get a hardship program but WE WILL KEEP CHARGING YOU 30% + FEES BECAUSE WE CAN. i

    my general point in making this video is the banking industry isn’t doing enough to help its cardholders. america is struggling to say the least. bank of america…isn’t. i understand laws. i understand occ guidelines. really, i get it. millions of ppl are struggling (am i naive in saying this??) and you mean to tell me the only thing BOA, Wachovia, Chase, WAMU, etc can do is offer programs?

    and to answer one more question…

    of course i knew there were cardholders who lied. it’s unfortunate but there will always be ppl who are dishonest and try to abuse the system in place. there were even cardholders who i knew was lying, but as a matter of policy, i couldnt question them and i had to put them on programs bc they said all the right things.

    Did BOFA force people to take out these loans?

    Did they hide the fine print which explained the terms?

    Is it truly just BOFA’s fault that someone took on debt which they were not able to repay?

    Why doesn’t BOFA just forgive and write off every loan…open up it’s vaults, and give it’s money away?

    People say “Corporation” as if it’s a terrible thing.

    Corporation’s employ MILLIONS of people. They’re there to make money, for their employees and shareholders.

    I had to come and say you are a hero Jackie. Your character and kindness towards people is exactly what will create the good things in life for you…with people who appreciate it. BOA is a rotten company. They are going to collapse. I’d not keep a dime in that bank, ever, and after your video so many people are going to leave. They should have valued your kindness.
