I had a check in 4 days. DONT LET THEM PREY UPON YOU..Banks are heavily scrutinized now. We are the wheels that turn them.

These policys are deliberately provided by the lender when “the consumer is unable to provide thier own such proof”…Notice is rarely given, and the forced placed policys are ALWAYS at least 25% higher than a normal consumer policy. ROBBERY in plain sight.

I went to the grocery store and got a few things. As soon as I got out of the grocery store I realized I went over what I had in Bank of America. I drove two blocks to the bank and put the last $5, I had in to cover everything. 4 days later I get this little card, them. Saying they were happy to do business with me and were charging me $35 for being over drawn, 0.17 cents.
They waited 3 days before depositing my $5. Went to the bank and explained it to them. They said Oh well.

I used to work for one of the top 5 banks. I currently have a checking account with this institution. Recently it was sold to another bank, at the same time changing my terms of use. I now must keep a minimum of $1000 in checking. Well who the has that convenience these days?….Not many…..I’m switching to the “Bank of my Desert Eagle protected MATTRESS”…immediatley….Fuck these con-men.

I find it interesting that you can be struggling financially, know that worse times are coming, call up banks or credit card companies and tell them this, and try to work out payment arrangements, but NO ONE WILL WORK WITH YOU! Your account would have to be WAY past due, accruing additional fees before anyone would be authorized to deal with you. I think banks/creditors should start being more lenient, especially with people who are STILL IN GOOD STANDING! RUTHLESS CROOKS!
