How is whole grain corn identified in ingredient listings?
In foods that contain corn, labels sometimes list "corn", "whole corn", "enriched corn meal", "stone ground corn", "corn flour", or "corn treated with lime".
Which of these are whole grain and which are not?
I’m pretty sure that the lime in "corn treated with lime" is the mineral (clacium hydroxide) not the fruit.
